1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 92go Game ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and govern your access to and use of the 92go Game website, platform, games, betting markets and all related services available at 92gogame.app.
By registering an account, making a PKR deposit, claiming a bonus or playing any game on 92go Game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 92go Game.

2. Eligibility
To register and use 92go Game you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Minors are strictly prohibited. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all gameplay will be voided, and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable child protection obligations.
3. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account on 92go Game. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different phone numbers, different payment methods or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
During registration you will be required to provide:
- A valid email address that you control
- A Pakistani mobile number
- Date of birth confirming you are 18 or older
- A secure password of your choosing
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information on your account. If any details change — particularly your contact information or payment method — you must update your account promptly. 92go Game is not responsible for issues arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawal attempts.
Account verification may be requested at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Verification may require you to confirm your identity and confirm that the payment method used belongs to you. Accounts that fail verification cannot process withdrawals until the verification is satisfactorily completed.
One account per player ensures fair access to bonuses and promotions for everyone on the platform. Multiple accounts disrupt this fairness and will not be tolerated.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on 92go Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion and there are no hidden exchange rate markups. The PKR you deposit is the PKR you play with, and the PKR you win is the PKR you withdraw.

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
- Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- 92go Game reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to a gaming wallet and wagering has commenced.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements are met in full.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account at the time of request.
- 92go Game aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the payment method and may vary.
- Identity verification must be completed before a first withdrawal can be approved.

PKR only. All balances, bets, wins and transactions are denominated in PKR. There are no foreign currency fees or conversion charges.
5. Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the deadline.
- Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are listed in the promotion-specific terms.
- The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is PKR 500 per spin or bet unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation.
- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant offer.
Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play or pattern betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension and forfeiture of any related winnings.
6. Gameplay and Betting
92go Game provides access to a range of gaming and betting products including slot games, live casino, sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports) and other games available in the Game Lobby. All games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer technology from established providers.
- Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published and accessible before play begins. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee results for any individual session.
- Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be altered or cancelled. Once a spin is initiated or a bet is placed, the outcome stands.
- In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a round, the round outcome will be determined by the game's server-side record. Where this is not possible, stakes will be returned.
- Sports betting odds are set at the time a bet is accepted. Late bets placed after an event has started may be voided at the platform's discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92go Game. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Attempting to exploit game software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to play games or place bets
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Laundering money or processing proceeds of criminal activity through the platform
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise extract platform data or game code
- Abusing bonus offers in any way not consistent with genuine recreational play
- Sharing account access with any other person, including family members
- Using a VPN or other method to obscure your location or identity while playing
Zero tolerance: Fraud, money laundering and match manipulation are taken extremely seriously. Confirmed cases will result in permanent account closure and all funds being withheld pending investigation.
8. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your registered email, mobile number and password. 92go Game will never ask for your password by email, SMS, phone or any other channel. Any communication asking for your password is not from 92go Game.
- All activity on your account — including bets placed, deposits made and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility unless you report a security breach immediately.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 92go Game support immediately and change your password without delay.
- Do not use easily guessable passwords. Avoid using the same password for 92go Game as for other services, particularly your JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts.

- Sharing your login credentials with any other person is prohibited and removes your ability to dispute activity carried out under those credentials.

- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from 92go Game.
- Game content, including slot titles and live casino streams, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to 92go Game for display on the platform. It may not be recorded, rebroadcast or distributed.
- Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your right to use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial recreational use only.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92go Game's liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows:
- 92go Game is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.
- 92go Game is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions, device failures, internet connectivity issues or third-party payment processing delays that are outside the platform's reasonable control.
- 92go Game is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from account suspension triggered by your own breach of the rules.
- Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results. 92go Game does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the natural variance inherent in all gambling products.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
All gaming involves risk and the possibility of losing your deposited PKR. Only deposit and wager amounts you can comfortably afford to lose.
12. Account Termination
Either party may close the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Closure by the Player
- You may request account closure at any time by contacting 92go Game support.
- Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure is eligible for withdrawal, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending wagering obligations.
- Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Closure by 92go Game
- 92go Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable ground to believe that the Terms have been breached.
- In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, underage play or systematic bonus abuse, balances may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited entirely.
- Where an account is closed by 92go Game for reasons other than player breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.
13. Changes to These Terms
92go Game may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw any remaining balance.
